It is not possible to order more than 1 chair, desk or screen.

How can I pay for an order?
You pay for the order of the Stater budget by entering the coupon code on the payment page. If the order amount is higher than the value of the budget made available to you, you can pay this via Ideal. First use the coupon code and then pay the remainder via Ideal.
Do I also pay delivery costs?
You do not pay any delivery costs or installation costs.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Assume delivery within 4 to 6 weeks after your order. You will receive the final delivery date from us by e-mail.
Do you also assemble the office furniture?
The ordered furniture is assembled and placed in the right place in the house according to your wishes.
What is the warranty period of the office furniture?

What happens to my budget if I don’t spend my full budget?
You must spend the budget in at once, so that the workplace is completely ergonomically designed in accordance with the Stater instructions for safe and healthy working from home. In this way we want to guarantee that you have a well-equipped ergonomic home office in one go. And for that we need your approval on the home work agreement. It is therefore not possible to spend the budget at several times on missing facilities for the home office, unless you later want to replace a desk, chair or monitor that you initially purchased yourself. The remainder of your budget will therefore remain available for this.
Why can I only order 1 monitor via the web portal?
With the budget you can order one monitor. If you do not need one but two monitors for your work at the home workplace, you can request a second monitor with the permission of your supervisor. Ask your manager for permission to pick up a monitor on loan from the office. Fill in a ‘Pass pass’ form at Security or Reception and they will supply the extra monitor that you can take with you.
