No general terms and conditions other than the General Purchase Conditions drawn up by Stater N.V. apply to the Performance.
2 Fee
All costs / fees are in Euros. Stater N.V. employees will pay directly in the webshop through IDEAL, when they spend more than the amount reimbursed by Stater N.V.. This amount includes VAT. This billing and that to Stater N.V. takes place and will take place in the manner described in section G “Invoicing and payment” of the Agreement.
3 Privacy
Personal data of Persons, in this case the Stater N.V. employees, will only be processed in accordance with the GDPR and the Security and The DESKO BV privacy statement previously shared with Stater N.V..
4 Liability
DESKO is adequately insured with comprehensive coverage with a reputable insurance company. This is to cover damage for which DESKO is liable, including physical injury, damage to property and professional liability.
Services
1 Expected delivery times
After placing the order through the order portal, the standard expected delivery time will be between 4-6 weeks, with day 5 of the sixth week being the maximum. Products that are in stock at DESKO can usually be delivered within 1-2 weeks.
2 Communication delivery time
The DESKO planning department will contact the employee one day before delivery. He will receive a time indication within which the driver will be present the following day.
3 Delivery
Delivery will take place at the delivery address and in-house situation indicated by the Stater N.V. employee. This delivery order will be shared with the relevant driver the day before delivery. This driver in question has a VOG, certificate of good conduct. Half an hour before delivery, the driver will call the relevant Stater N.V. employee to indicate that they are on their way to the specified delivery address.
4 Corona measures RIVM
The measures and advice of the RIVM are followed at all times upon delivery. Before delivery, the employee will be asked at the door whether he or she would like the driver to enter the home. This will be listened to and taken into account at all times.
5 Incorrect delivery
Should the situation arise in which a delivery turns out to be incorrect, for example because the wrong table top, base or chair has been taken from the warehouse or part of the order is missing or has suffered damage. Then a solution must be found on the spot with the Stater N.V. employee by the driver. This can be: a. The driver takes the order back and immediately makes a new appointment with the Stater N.V. employee with the planner. b. The Stater N.V. employee in question can use this furniture and immediately makes a new appointment to exchange the correct furniture.
6 Not present at home
If the Stater N.V. employee is not at home at the time of delivery, a report is made to the Stater N.V. HR desk by the DESKO employee. The employee must pay 17.50 before the order is rescheduled. The employee can pay this via IDEAL
